Getting started
How to use these templates
Build a map from one of the ready-made layouts in MindManager 26.
- Open MindManager 26. From an open map, select File → New to open the template gallery.
- Browse the categories. Look under planning, brainstorming or project-management templates, or find a template by name.
- Choose a template. Select a roadmap, RACI matrix, risk register or project dashboard, then create a new map from it.
- Make it your own. Replace the example topics with your information and save the map under a new filename.
Template names and availability can vary by installation and platform.

Access MindManager maps where your team works
With the file handler installed by your Microsoft 365 administrator, colleagues can preview maps stored in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. Viewing is read-only; editing requires an eligible MindManager licence.
Teams can also use shared templates stored in OneDrive or SharePoint to keep recurring projects consistent.
Mac topic author details
View and filter information about who created or last changed topics. MindManager Mac 26 also supports macOS 27 Golden Gate.
